NEVER STAY HERE. I have never left a hotel I checked into, but after just one night we had to. It is advertised as having air conditioning, but it DOES NOT WORK. There is a thermostat in the room, but it does not work. The front desk controls it, and is under orders from management to not run it very often. The desk said there was an issue, but what I am reading from various reviews, this has been an issue for a long time. When asked about a fan, we were told they do not give fans to guests they know it is extremely hot, but keep the fans for themselves.

Also, our 2nd floor room faced another building, so there was nowhere to get any air flow into the room. Some guests even left their doors open to try and get air. Shell is 4 stars, reality is average 3 stars hotel. Starts with a bit confusing web site with no possibility of online booking, ending up with broken tap and almost no water in the "kitchen" of the appartment.
